Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout according to weight and country of delivery.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases due to a manufacturing defect, return them unused within 14 days of the purchase and we will credit your account in full. For all other reasons all transport charges will be deducted. This is in addition to your statutory rights. English law applies. All returns must be authorised by us. The management or the employees of this store are not responsible for any damages or losses of any consequential losses what so ever they arrive from.

Cancellation Policy:
To cancel your order please ring us on =44 (0)1484 663295 or email us at linenstore@yahoo.co.uk or reply to the order confirmation email. In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime and up to 7 days after receiving your goods. For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. However, this right does not apply to certain items such as personalised products, or products which has been opened.
Where you have already received the goods or the goods have already been despatched, return the goods to Linenstore-uk unopened together with the original invoice. Linenstore-uk will refund you the purchase price of the goods but not the transport charges. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment as used to place the order.
If the parcel cannot be delivered the carrier will return it back to Linenstore-uk. We may have to charge additional fees for the return of the parcel.
