Shipping & Returns

DESPATCH:
For orders placed before 3.00pm we usually despatch your order the same working day. Orders placed over the weekend are usually despatched on the Monday or Tuesday.
We will get your order ready, despatch it, send you an e-mail to inform you that your order is on its way to you and send you another e-mail with the parcel tracking information.

We hold stocks of all the products on our website but if any of the products on your order are not in stock, we will contact you with the option to ship the available items immediately with the rest to follow, or cancel the outstanding items if you would rather not wait. Items that are not in stock are usually despatched within 15 days from date of order.

UK DELIVERIES:
For small parcels we use Royal Mail 2-3 day delivery service (postage charge £4.00 or £4.50). You can specify a safe place for the parcel to be left by the Postman.

All other parcels are sent by Parcel Force. A signature is required for this service.

For mainland UK, excluding highlands and islands, we charge £6.50 per parcel. Parcel Force will usually deliver your order on the next working day.

For highlands and islands we the shipping charge will be calculated when you enter your delivery address at the checkout. Parcel Force will usually deliver your order two working days after despatch. 

Please make arrangements to receive your order.  You will be sent the tracking information by e-mail to enable you to check on progress and if you have missed the delivery, to collect the parcel from the delivery office. If the parcel cannot be delivered, the carrier will return it back to Linenstore-uk. We will have to charge additional fees for the return of the parcel.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:
International Orders are despatched by Parcelforce and take around 2 - 10 days to deliver depending on destination country. Delivery charges will be calculated at the checkout according to weight and country of delivery.

If the parcel cannot be delivered, the carrier will return it back to Linenstore-uk. We will have to charge additional fees for the return of the parcel.

TAX CHARGES:
Prices displayed include VAT at 17.5%. They do not include any import duty or overseas taxes.
VAT applies for deliveries to the UK and the European Union.
For delivery to countries outside the EU, the VAT will be deducted at the checkout.

 All our goods are of exceptional quality and are inspected prior to despatch. Every effort is made to ensure the quality of our merchandise and we are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase from Linenstore-uk.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchases due to a manufacturing defect or if your goods are damaged when you receive them, please let us know as soon as possible but within 14 days. We will arrange the replacement of any faulty items and we will refund any return postage costs incurred.

For all other returns, return them unused and unopened within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the value of the goods.

This is in addition to your statutory rights. English law applies.
